Mia's Nursery: Part One

As mentioned in an earlier post, I will be showcasing Mia's Nursery.  I wanted to create a room that was fun, functional and colorful without going crazy with color.  I decided to use grey as my neutral base and in keeping with the rest of my home decor.  I also wanted it to be kid friendly yet stylish!

Here is Part One: My Design/Inspiration Board.

Inspired Sources:

Rocker & Ottoman: Monte Joya Rocker and Ottoman
Ikea: Dresser: Mandal (painted)
Light: Knappa
Shelving Unit: Expedit (with added colored background)
Artwork: Etsy

I will go into more detail on each of the pieces I have used in the next couple of Nursery posts!

Stay tuned as I take you inside Mia's Nursery!

  1. Ahh. I love every single item you have for her room. The rug is my favorite, too bad i suck at DIYs.I cant wait to read up on the room and get some ideas.
